Terms and Conditions for Alphabet Apps

Introduction​

Welcome to our Alphabet apps, developed by AppsIndie Co., Ltd. ("AppsIndie", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using our Alphabet applications (the "Apps"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Apps.

Use of the App​

Our Apps are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to exploit any portion of the Apps for commercial purposes.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children's use of the Apps and ensuring that such use complies with these terms and all applicable laws.

The Apps are designed for children and families. By allowing a child to use the Apps, the parent or guardian consents to the child's use in accordance with these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are under the age of 13, you may use the Apps only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

In-App Purchases​

The Apps may offer in-app purchases, including a "Remove Ads" option managed by RevenueCat and processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

  • All purchases are final and processed by the applicable app store platform.
  • Parents and guardians are responsible for any purchases made by children on their devices, including the use of parental controls provided by the device or app store.
  • Subscription or entitlement status may be restored on the same platform using the "Restore Purchases" function.

Refunds and cancellation. Because purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, refund and cancellation requests are handled by the store through which the purchase was made, under that store's own refund policy (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play: play.google.com → Account → Order History). AppsIndie does not process refunds directly and cannot override a store's refund decision. Removing ads ("Remove Ads") is a one-time entitlement, not a recurring subscription, so there is nothing to cancel once purchased.

Advertising​

The Apps may display advertisements. Because the Apps are designed for children and families:

  • Ads are non-personalized and contextually served.
  • Ad content is limited to a General Audiences (G) rating.
  • We do not use behavioral advertising or track users across apps or websites for advertising purposes.
  • Users who purchase the "Remove Ads" option will not see advertising content.

Intellectual Property​

All content within the Apps, including text, graphics, logos, images, sounds, and software, is the property of AppsIndie Co., Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the content only for personal, non-commercial purposes within the Apps. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or public display is prohibited.

Privacy​

Your use of the Apps is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect information.

User Responsibilities​

Users must ensure that their use of the Apps does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. Any unauthorized use of the Apps is prohibited. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Apps.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Apps.
  • Use the Apps to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.

Limitation of Liability​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppsIndie Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Apps, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

Modifications​

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the Apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination​

We may terminate or suspend access to the Apps immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including if we believe you have violated these terms.

Governing Law​

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AppsIndie Co., Ltd. operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
