Privacy Policy for Alphabet Apps

Introduction​

Welcome to our Alphabet apps, developed by AppsIndie Co., Ltd. ("AppsIndie", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our Alphabet applications (the "Apps").

Our Apps are designed for children and families. We take children's privacy seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), the EU General Data Protection Regulation as it applies to children ("GDPR-K"), and the Google Play Families Policy.

Information Collection and Use​

We collect and process only the information necessary to operate the Apps, improve user experience, and keep the Apps safe and reliable.

Information collected automatically​

  • Device and app information: Device type, operating system version, app version, language preference, screen size, and a unique installation identifier generated by Firebase. This is used for crash reporting, analytics, and troubleshooting.
  • Usage information: Anonymous event data such as screens viewed, features used, and content interactions. This data is aggregated and used to improve app performance and content.
  • Crash and diagnostic data: If the App encounters an error, Firebase Crashlytics may collect crash logs, device state, and app configuration to help us diagnose and fix issues.

Advertising​

Our Apps are classified as Designed for Families / primarily child-restricted on Google Play. Because of this:

  • We do not collect advertising identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID (AAID) or the iOS Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) from children.
  • Any advertising shown in the Apps is non-personalized, contextually served, and limited to a General Audiences (G) content rating.
  • We work only with advertising SDKs that are certified for use in child-directed services, including the Google Mobile Ads SDK.

In-App Purchases​

We offer a "Remove Ads" purchase or subscription through RevenueCat. RevenueCat processes the transaction and provides us with an anonymous entitlement status (for example, "ads removed: yes/no"). We do not collect or store payment card information, Apple ID, or Google account details.

Information we do not collect​

We do not collect:

  • Names, dates of birth, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses.
  • Precise location data.
  • Photos, camera images, or microphone recordings.
  • Contacts or social graph data.

Log Data​

In the event of an app error, we may collect diagnostic information, including IP address, device information, operating system, app configuration, and the time and date of usage. This data is used solely to diagnose and fix technical problems.

Cookies and Similar Technologies​

Our Apps do not use cookies. Third-party service providers integrated into our Apps (such as Firebase and Google Mobile Ads) may use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with their own policies. We configure these services to limit data collection for child users.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share limited, non-identifying data only with the service providers listed above, and only to the extent necessary for them to perform their functions.

Security​

We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy​

Our Apps are intended for children and families. We comply with COPPA and GDPR-K.

  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
  • We configure third-party SDKs to treat the App as child-directed where supported.
  • We do not enable behavioral advertising or personalized advertising for children.
  • Parents and guardians can contact us at any time to review, correct, or request deletion of information associated with their child's device.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will promptly delete that information.
